Exposition and INtroductory Prayers

Amazing Grace
(Followed by First Meditation)

Verse 1:
Amazing grace how sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me
I once was lost, but now am found
Was blind but now I see

Verse 2:
T'was grace that taught my heart to fear
And grace my fears relieved;
How precious did that grace appear
The hour I first believed

My chains are gone, I've been set free
my God my Savior has ransomed me
and like a flood His mercy rains
Unending love, Amazing Grace

Verse 3:
The Lord has promised good to me
His word my hope secures
He will my shield and portion be
as long as life endures

Verse 4:
The earth shall soon dissolve like snow,
The sun forbear to shine
But God, who called me here below,
Will be forever mine

Camino, Verdad y Vida
(Followed by Second Meditation)

(English Translation Below)

No se turbe vuestro corazón,
Creéis en Dios, creed también en Mí.
Pues subo al cielo, donde mi Padre,
A prepararles un lugar allí.

Y al final Yo volveré
Para llevar los conmigo.
Yo soy Camino, Vida y Verdad.
Nadie va al Padre sino por Mí.

Y los que coman de mi carne
Tendrán vida y yo los resucitaré,
para que un día junto a María
Gocen del cielo por una eternidad.

(English Translation)

The Way, The Truth, and The Life

Do not let your heart be troubled,
Believe in God, believe also in Me.
I go up to heaven, where my Father is,
To prepare a place there.

And in the end I will return
To carry you with me.
I am Way, Life and Truth.
Nobody goes to the Father except through Me.

And those who eat of my flesh
Will have life and I will resurrect them,
so that one day with Mary
They will enjoy heaven for all eternity.

Bring Me to Life
(Followed by Third Meditation)

Verse 1:
Spirit, come down upon me
Help me to feel your presence around
The weight of the world is upon me
Only your strength can come lift me up

Verse 2:
Spirit, come with your mercy
Send down the gifts of your love
With stains on my heart I’m unworthy
Only you have the grace to forgive

Take me into your arms
Teach me to shine
Fill the hearts of your faithful
Show me Your love divine

Spirit, you are the soul of my soul
Show me how your love alone
can make me whole
I am the seed, designed for a task
Water the ground, cause all I ask
Bring me to life

Verse 3:
Spirit, come make me holy
Mold me as your clay
Enkindle the fire of your glory
Forge me today

Closing Prayers and Benediction

Tantum ergo Sacramentum
Veneremur cernui:
Et antiquum documentum
Novo cedat ritui:
Praestet fides supplementum
Sensuum defectui.

Genitori, Genitoque
Laus et iubilatio,
Salus, honor, virtus quoque
Sit et benedictio:
Procedenti ab utroque
Compar sit laudatio. Amen.

The Divine Praises

Consecration Prayer

My Queen, my Mother, I give myself to you;
And to show my devotion to you,
I consecrate to you this day:
My eyes, my ears, my mouth, my heart;
My entire self without reserve.
As I am your own, my good Mother,
guard me and Protect me
as your property and possession.

All Glory Be to Christ
(Closing Song)

Should nothing of our efforts stand
No legacy survive
Unless the Lord does raise the house
In vain its builders strive
To you who boast tomorrow’s gain
Tell me what is your life
A mist that vanishes at dawn
All glory be to Christ!
All glory be to Christ our king!
All glory be to Christ!
His rule and reign will ever sing,
All glory be to Christ!

His will be done
His kingdom come
On earth as is above
Who is Himself our daily bread
Praise Him the Lord of love
Let living water satisfy
The thirsty without price
We’ll take a cup of kindness yet
All glory be to Christ!
